Consultation Programs For Organizations

Organizations approach us with a variety of issues and concerns. In a time when money is scarce and needs are great, organizations are trying to maximize their resources. Requesting consultation from outside an organization can allow leadership to get a fresh perspective and introduce new ideas.

When approached by organizations, we engage in a discussion to identify their needs and develop a plan to address concerns. This plan could include: organizational, management and program consultation, training for staff and/or managers. Our Professional Assistance and Counselling Program is available to assist in difficult employee situations or to provide on-going counselling services to staff.
