Consultation Programs
Organizations present a variety of concerns and questions regarding needs for training, consultation, client service, program development or organizational and staff management issues.
After careful discussion and assessment of needs we will identify with the organization their needs and make a plan to address their concerns. This plan could include a variety of services including providing organizational, management and program consultation, employee assistance and training.
