Professional Development and Training
Our experiences working in a variety of settings and later as consultants to social and mental health programs gives us a practical knowledge of the common challenges facing professionals today. Our breadth of experience informs the trainings that we provide.
Our approach begins with a needs assessment which allows us to develop materials with a specific focus addressing the needs of the individual or organization.
Our training programs combine a review of relevant research, case material and practical application techniques ensuring that workers are offered material that is useful and relevant to their practice/workplace.
